With this system you can set parameters such as automatically turn the spray OFF when your speed goes under a certain threshold as well as a high speed cutoff. You can set your manual rate as well, most customers use their 10MPH rate. You also have alarm settings for speed thresholds. Now you don’t have to worry about over treating or under treating in the case your speed is not exact to the fixed flow rate. Now you can get the job done quicker if the speed allows therefore limiting your employee’s exposure and saving labor hours. No more over-spraying saving you money on chemical cost. The system will pay for itself by saving labor hours and chemical waste. With the MCES controller you can see your flow rate in real time. You can also check your total volume since last start up.
